At Havens Community Hub, we believe everyone deserves access to the digital world. Our Digital Support and Inclusion service is here to help individuals gain confidence, stay connected, and access essential online services.

How We Can Help:

  • Support with Basic IT Requests: Need help finding and printing important forms, completing online applications, or scanning and sending documents? Our friendly team is here to assist you every step of the way.

  • Free Access to Computers: Don’t have a device at home? No problem! We offer access to free computers, so you can get online when you need it most.

  • National Databank: We are part of the National Databank network across the UK.

    • What is it? The National Databank provides free mobile data, texts, and calls to people who can’t afford to stay connected. It’s like a foodbank, but for digital access!

    • How to get involved? Have a chat with us about your digital needs at one of our support Hub sessions: Tuesdays- Hillcrest centre 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.
